Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Debt collector to contact our debtors/loan defaulters via email or phone and claim outstanding debts. This is a remote/part-time job with lucrative monthly salary and 10% commissions from any debt collected. Since it's a remote job, you can work from any state in the United States.
Responsibilities
Contact debtors/loan defaulters via email or phone to inquire of their payment status
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
Handle questions or complaints
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Create trust relationships with debtors/loan defaulters when possible to avoid future issues
Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
Reporting to our company assest manager on a daily basis via email.
Requirements and skills
Able to send and receive emails
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
