– Prepare and cook full course of meals
– Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
.– Plan menus.– Work with minimal supervision
– Determine size portions ensuring least wastage
.– Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
– Follow sanitation procedures and ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas
.– Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.
