Responsibilities:
Handle and Manage Bookings
Responsible for responding to business Phone and Email requests
Quick to resolve and provide alternative solutions for misplaced/denied bookings
Identify and solve system errors and promote online system
Coordinate with hotels and suppliers
Requirements:
Open for Foreign Nationals and any nationalities located here in PH
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Tagalog language
Open for Bachelor’s Degree and Undergraduates
Background in a related area is preferred but not required
Knowledgeable in Computer applications
