Position: Japanese Global HR HelpDesk
Salary: Php 96,000 - 100,000
Basic: P 40,000 basic + P 56,000 Language premium + allowances
Very High Basic and lots of allowances
Work arrangement: Work from home and Hybrid
Industry: Global Shared Services
Schedule: 5 days (Monday to Fridays -8am to 5pm)

Requirement:
• Japanese speaker with conversational level
• Open to both Filipino or Japanese (they can provide work visa)
• Can speak English and Japanese language
• Must be able to undergo training
• Degree holder of any course
• Can speak, read and write Japanese
• No work experience required
Duties:
• This is an HR Job so expect to assist employees of the company
• Coordinate with employees using emails and Chat
• Assist employee asking for different HR related concerns like benefits, insurance and leaves
• Answer emails about company benefits and how to avail them
• Answer chat messages about leave filing and leave credits
• Answer concerns with regards to HMO or health insurance coverage
• This is mostly a 100% HR functions so you will deal with employees asking for their employee benefits
