Qualification:
-Can speak, read and write Korean
-Can speak English very well
-Has customer service background (2 year relevant)
-Has online shopping experience (has ordered online already)
-Preferably with BPO background but not required
-Can start as soon as possible
-Graduate and undergraduate of any course
Job Duties:
-Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order
-Answer questions about payment modes on online shopping
-Explain return policy of damages items
-Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped
-Explain how to use discount and promo code
-Explain how to get free shipping
-Explain the availability of sizes and colours
