Requirements:
Open to Native Japanese
JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
At least 5-8 years experience in Finance and Accounting or HR
Must have experience in Team Lead role for more than 1 year
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
Experience in BPO company is an advantage but not required
Goal-oriented individual with strong time and task management.
Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert
Coach or training the inexperienced team members.
Supervise or coordinate with staff to identify, assess and resolve the issues/problems.
