Requirements:
Open to native Japanese
Open to JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level (Certification is not required)
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
With extensive experience in Human Resource functions
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Establish strong consulting to provide support to Japanese clients.
Understand the business problems and needs of the clients.
Visit to clients' sites locally or in Japan.
Collaborate with clients to identify the solution approach.
