Office schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm ; Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure timely & accurate customer service relations to LPG deliveries.
-Develop strategies and plans for Sales and marketing of LPG
-Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality delivery at the right time in safety condition and suggesting corrective measures if necessary.
-Undertake market expansion actions that will satisfy customers’ needs and ultimately maximize the company turnover from increased throughput
-Survey and study the market, get to know risk factors and competition while searching for new clients and prospective ones.
-Maintain and visit the clients regularly and follow up the consumption of the client.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer preference to position company’s LPG drive accordingly.
-Prepare quotations for clients, detect their needs and formulate satisfying strategies in coordination with the Management.
-Managing, coaching and mentoring to ensure a high level of employee motivation and performance
-Approving all documents as per the delegation of authority guide.
Minimum Requirements:
-With bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
-Required minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail LPG Business
-Ability to perform a broad range of specialized activities related to Admin Management, Sales Quota Monitoring, Performance Evaluation, and etc.
-Effective communication and report writing skills
-Demonstrated openness to change and ability to manage complexities and remains calm, and in control
-Knows how to driver 4-wheels
