The Brand Marketing Manager is generally responsible for building brand equities of the company's product/s or line of products with the help of a crossfunctional team, which includes other departments such as merchandising, marketing and sales. This collaboration, therefore, develops integrated positioning
strategies to ensure maximum brand exposure for a company. As part of the Brand Marketing team, the Brand Marketing Manager is tasked to grow specific categories/ brand/s by setting up the right strategies for product, pricing, place and promotion based on consumer insights and trade understanding.
Qualification
1. Graduate of a college degree, preferably Marketing-related course
2. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
3. Ability to analyze numbers and solve problems
4. Ability to manage different projects at the same time
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Strong organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
7. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
8. Basic to advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
