Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Japanese (JLPT N1 - N2 passer/Level)
Open for Native applicant
They can process VISA
University degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or any related field
Maximum 2 years of experience in related fields
Responsibilities:
Liaised needed communication from operator to business.
Provided financial support to the sales and marketing team in Japan through management of purchase orders and budgets.
Handled sales reports and comparison reports on a daily and monthly basis.
Coordinated all the financial needs of the Japan team from account updates, budget updates, invoice payments, monthly and yearly accruals, budget owner creation and updates, et. al.
Closely worked with finance, accounts payable, and procurement team to ensure all invoices and purchase orders are processed in a timely manner to avoid any penalties and deliveries are ensured.
Updated Japan price and other information such as product groups, etc., on a needs and quarterly basis
