Requirement:
Japanese level 1, 2 level (No Certification required)
Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
Experience in customer service
Good communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Responsibilities:
Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and correct status before each order status
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
Accountable for the forecast accuracy metrics.
Understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand drivers can have on demand.
Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the business process for the efficiency of the operations.
