Schedule: 5 days a week (9am to 6pm)

Requirements:
JLPTN1-N3 passer or level.
Good communication Skills.
Amenable to attend the face to face interview.
Experience in people management
Experience as an Operations Manager in Manufacturing company is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Handle overall operations
Reports to president
Provide inspired leadership for the organisation.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organisations.
Support worker communication with the management team
