Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria: LITIGATION TYPIST (Junior to Medium Level)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-2 to 4 years recent experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm a must
-Dictaphone typing experience, with good typing skills a must (speed and accuracy)
-Computer literate, preferably in Lexpro and/or Caselines
-Excellent communication skills with strong telephone etiquette
-Strong numerical skills a must (Finance experience advantageous)
-Able to work independently
-Stable employment record and contactable references
Duties:
-Typing of High & Magistrate’s Court litigation
-Dictaphone typing
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General litigation secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Junior to Medium Level Market related)
