Requirements:
Vietnamese National who speaks English
Filipino who speaks Vietnamese
Has customer service experience or BPO background is an advantage but not very required
Knows how to assist customers who wanted to advertise
Can help customers understand the service of the company
Willing to undergo Training
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with advertising sizes of the Vietnamese client requested
Provide customer service for advertising inquiries and help customers choose the best rate for their need
Recommend the correct sizes and its rates for Vietnamese client’s needed
Explain the pay per click and its process
Adjust the budget of client per day and recommend the correct budget
Provide key words, bids and timing to make the most of your ROI
