Position: Korean Insurance Claims Support (Back Office and Support role)

Requirements of Job Application:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean (conversational level)
Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
With at least 3-6 months customer service experience
No age limit and no gender preferences
Can work in an office (face to face)
Can start working in a pioneer account
Responsibilities of the Job:
Answer emails and calls from insured Korean speaker about their policy
Assist Korean patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
Assist Korean patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
Give Korean customers their policy type and its benefits
Explain to Korean patients how to claim the amount of money
Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
Give list to the Korean the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
