Requirements:
• Korean National living in the Philippines
• Proficient in English
• Degree Holders and Open to undergraduates
• With 3 to 6 Months Customer Service experience
• Geographical knowledge
• Must be willing to work in Taguig City (ONSITE)
Responsibilities:
• Provide premium and high quality service to automobile customers
• Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and inquiries for automotive account
• Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly
• Customers must be provided with prompt action and quality assistance.
