Requirements:
Open for Japanese nationals
With experience as Customer Service in BPO Industry for 6 months to 1 year.
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate, Undergraduate or Highschool Graduate are encouraging to apply
Sales, cross-selling, and up-selling experience desirable.
Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
Keeps track the customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
Updates and maintains Contact Management System Software
Performs necessary job costing functions. Enters manual orders into ERP system
Responsible in answering telephone, e-mail, fax, letter, chat and newsgroup inquiries posed by customer
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and
responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer
