Salary: PHP 80,000 - 120,000 above (Gross)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) - Dayshift

Experience in Real estate, BPO and Education is required
Responsibilities:
Oversees day-to-day business unit activities
Manages the employees
Hires new employees as needed
Leads the training and evaluation of new employees
Leads the division to achieve key goals
Generates business strategies
Prepares annual budgets and periodic reports
Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures
Oversee various business operations: management, recruitment, sales, marketing, and general administration
