Requirements:
Open to JLPT N1 Passer/Level
Open also to Japanese Nationals with permanent visa / Half-Filipino-Half Japanese
Has experience as customer Service is preferred but not required
With background as Hospitality would be preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, and assist customers' concerns and inquiries.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Conducts in an appropriate call handling of incoming customer phone calls related to websites and transactions.
Liable for providing travel information, booking reservations, servicing existing reservations, educating on company websites, and providing ticketing services.
