Requirements:
Open for Japanese national and Half Filipino - Half Japanese
Open with experience as a designer of web, digital contents, etc. at least 3 years.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, MS Office, and Google Docs
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, prott, Figma, etc.
Experience in development with HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.
Has excellent in communication skills and able to influence team members
Responsibility:
Work closely with product staff, development team and other relevant team members to ensure implementation and delivery of design solutions, considering cultural and linguistic considerations for the Japanese market.
Conducts for a wide range of design areas including UI design, visual design, graphic design, and branding in the Japanese market.
Create attractive and unique design elements that fit the cultural context and brand image of the Japanese market.
Responsible in using their drawing skills and be able to hand draw and digitally draw original design sketches, wireframes, storyboards, etc., as well as other related art materials.
In charge of the design and implement animation and motion effects to enhance the interactivity and visual appeal of the user interface and improve user experience.
Familiar with design trends, aesthetic standards and user habits in the Japanese market and be able to design according to the needs of the target audience.
