Requirements:
Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
Open to graduate, undergraduate, high school graduate
Has an experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
Good communication skill English or Tagalog Language
Responsibilities:
Make response to the customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
General customer support
Responsible in giving updates to the customers about new features and functionalities
B2B support for payment operations
Assigned other duties
