Requirements:
Japanese N1 Passer or Level (JLPT certificate not required)
Graduate/Undergraduate of any course (3rd year)
With or without experience in BPO are welcome to apply
Open for Japanese National, Filipino-Japanese or Filipino grew up in Japan fluent in Japanese (oral and written) with good communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing the first level support in basic troubleshooting across the appointed product range by analyzing customer concern and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
Documenting or writing down the concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
Assessing and identifying the opportunities to drive process improvements that may positively impact team performance and customer experience.
Keeping track and respond quickly to incoming requests from Japanese clients or customers related to medical devices issues.
