Requirements:
Japanese Nationals
JLPT N1 or N2 Passer / Level
Open with those who has experience in bilingual customer service, translation, or studies in language related schools has an advantage
Willing to work night or morning shifts
Responsibilities:
Responsible in addressing customers’ questions about products and services by answering questions and responding to complaints or concerns through email, phone, and a-live clients.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Keeping track of the records or reports of customer’s interactions, process, and concerns.
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or head of the department.
