Position: Japanese Admin Coordinator/Japanese Certification Specialist
Industry: Inspection Company
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Php 50,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday – Friday)
Work set-up: Hybrid (once a week, there is a possible reporting daily onsite)

Requirements:
JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
At least Good English communication skills
2 years of experience in Back Office / Administrative job with the ability of collecting, organizing, analyzing and processing data in a variety of IT applications
Amenable to work in Alabang
Responsibilities:
Evaluate documents base on the requirements
Process reports using the tools or platforms of the company
Issue certifications once all documents are processed and approved
Perform administration tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
