Requirements:
Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
English or Tagalog communication skill
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
General customer support
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
B2B support for payment operations
