Requirements:
Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
JLPT N3 passer/level
Must know how to read emails but only around level 3
Graduate/undergraduate of any course
With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
Knows how to send email and make email in Japanese
Responsibilities:
Communicates with Internal customer
Uses email template to be sent to clients
Responsible to receive Email in Japanese language
A manual will be used while working
To document and translate in Japanese/English
Supports the customers in their technical concerns
