Location: Pasay City

Salary: Php 105,000
Schedule: Dayshift (5 days a week + 8am to 5pm)
Work set-up: Hybrid - set up (3 day work onsite 2 days work from home)

Requirements
Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
JLPT N1-N3 Passer or non passer
Open to Japanese National and Filipino who can speak Japanese
Degree holder of any accounting or finance courses
Has experience working in BPO Finance or shared services is an advantage
Knowledge Accounts Receivable is a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for collecting quotations or billings from Japanese vendor
Providing analysis of the most cost reduction practices
Main duty is to process payments for the Japanese counterparts.
Analyze the Japanese contract and payment of clients to check the accuracy.
Handle payment related questions from Japanese clients
Prepare financial reports of collected amounts to higher management
