•Informing customers about products and services.
•Understanding customer needs and solving queries
•Handling inbound and outbound calls
•Generate maximum orders/Clients to meet targeted number of opportunities
•Making 80 to 100 calls a day
•Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
•Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
•Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization
