Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 90,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Bachelor`s degree in Finance or accounting-related studies.
At least 2-5 years experience in the end-to-end process of Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay
Extensive AP experience in another Shared Service center/BPO is an advantage
Preferably with experience in process migrations
Hands-on experience in SAP
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Performs bank administrative tasks (bank token, set up of bank access, coordinating with the bank on any issues and concerns regarding bank access)
Approve outgoing payments on time in the bank;
Initiate and ensure timely bank outgoing payments (intercompany, third-party vendors, employee claims/benefits)
Support manual payment run in the SAP Hana system.
Process outgoing payments via manual input in the bank as per the ticket raised.
Create, maintain, and update process descriptions/manuals.
Checks Critical vendor list on a monthly basis and ensures to pay on time
