This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.
Position: Cantonese Account Health Specialist (Pioneer Account)

Requirements of the Job:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Cantonese (conversational level)
Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
No age limit and no gender preferences
Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site
Responsibilities of Job Application:
Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
Assist Cantonese patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization
Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
