REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin language and Conversational in English language.
Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates of any courses.
BPO experience is not required but is an advantage.
Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
Can work in a shifting schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Answer inquiries of customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.
First-level support to consumer conversations feedback, issue resolution, records case information and data across multiple channels.
Providing solutions to Level 1 consumer problems involves troubleshooting and researching solutions.
Ensures proper consumer handling and escalation procedures while performing assigned functions according to process and standardized policies and procedures.
Accountable for customer satisfaction by achieving certain prescribed, measurable performance goals on a daily basis.
