Position: Mandarin Customer Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off per week
Salary: Php 90,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English language
Open to undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates
Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
Monitoring and tracking orders
Perform other related tasks
