Position: Mandarin Compliance Officer

Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50,000 (negotiable)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course.
Open to fresh graduates.
With good communication and people skills.
Service desk experience is an advantage but not required.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the foreign and local tenants via social media applications.
Assist employees regarding all their issues and emergencies, and escalate concerns to higher authorities if necessary.
Interview foreign nationals per site to regularly check on the employees’ condition.
💫Collect and document incident reports and resolve issues for each party.
💫Audit and compile compliance-related reports, files, and contracts.
