Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant to Marketing Head
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 90,000
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Monday-Friday - Day shift (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
1-3 years experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Ability to handle unexpected changes, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct information surveys, send correspondence, write letters or documents; Collect and analyse information assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Manage systems for storing/maintaining/updating documents and provide administrative support such as daily management, invoice management and other correspondence.
Coordinating between internal staff and external parties/service providers if required.
Booking meeting rooms, coordinating schedules and taking notes during meetings, including distribution of minutes of the meeting.
Plan accommodations and ground transportation as required by the senior service department.
