Position: Mandarin Online Seller Support
Company Industry: Shared Services Company/Biggest Online Marketplace
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Dayshift and Mishift (2 days off per week)
Salary: Php 90,000-Php 100,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up (3x work on-site and 2x work at home)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English language
Bachelor's Degree in any courses, College undergraduates and High School with or without BPO Experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in similar BPO set-up is a big plus
Experience in Customer Service is a big advantage
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
Interact with Sellers by phone and email with the objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
Supports the Chinese market who wants to enter the company platform.
