REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent preferred
5+ years software implementation experience
Experience in software, LMS, e-commerce and ERP (highly regarded)
Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organisation (affiliates, support, vendors, operations and within the global team).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Project management responsibilities of this position include owning and cultivating internal relationships for assigned affiliates during the implementation phase and throughout the ongoing relationship after implementation.
To be the primary point of contact for affiliates during and after project implementations.
Responsible for overseeing all affiliate implementations, coordinating and prioritising conflicting priorities.
To be the voice between affiliates, global team(s), support team(s) and vendor(s) regarding functional feature updates, scope changes and core feature changes.
Prioritises project tasks, timelines and project plans that are in conflict and communicates status to affiliates, central team and senior management as needed,
