They are currently handling the LARGEST PHILIPPINE BANK and servicing Chinese and Fukien speakers. With around 1500 branches in the Philippines, this is tagged as one of the most successful businesses in the Philippines. Currently, this bank is serving corporate and residential customers.
Position: Mandarin-Fukien Financial Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off per week
Salary: Php 45,000-Php 55,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
At least 2nd year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
No age limit and no gender preferences
3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus
Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Taking inbound calls and providing customer services to local bank credit card customers
Responsible for any Bank related matters
Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
Handle credit card redemptions
Assist in redemptions of the gift certificate
Discuss the credit card perks
Discuss the payment terms and card activation
Verify the account information and updates
