Position: Japanese Subject Matter Expert
Industry: Irish Medical Device Company
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 130,000
Schedule: Day shift | 8:30AM – 5:30PM | Mondays to Fridays(Public Holiday calendar of Japan)
Work set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement (only required to go to the office 2x a week)

Requirements:
️ Graduate of IT-related courses
️ Must have JLPT N2 Passer
️ Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
️ Has Project Management experience on project
️ Proficient in English and Business Level Japanese Language
️ Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
Responsibilities:
️ Collaborate with Japanese-based Subject Matter Experts to guarantee the efficient implementation and upkeep of the ️ Document Control process.
️ Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
️ Maintaining standards and adhering to rules requires consistent oversight of process analysis.
️ Knowledgeable in ISO and standards
️ Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office systems, including Microsoft Excel
️ Directly collaborates with operational organisations to deliver consistent
️ Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
️ Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
