This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.
Position: Mandarin Insurance Claims Support
Company Industry: Global Health Insurance for foreigners
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 75,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)
Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Answer emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy
Assist Mandarin patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization
Assist Mandarin patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
Give Mandarin customers their policy type and its benefits
Explain to Mandarin patients how to claim the amount of money
