Requirements of Job Application:
Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates of any courses.
BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
Can work in a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities of the Job:
Assist in pre sales inquiries regarding Software products.
Responsible for processing customer orders.
Providing and receiving information.
Assist customers via inbound calls and outbound calls for selling basic products and services.
Route customers to other teams who can best address their queries
Retain customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions
Assist in canceling subscriptions if customers cannot be retained
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
