Position: Japanese Technical Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 130,000
Schedule: Day shift | 8:30AM – 5:30PM | Mondays to Fridays(Public Holiday calendar of Japan)
Work set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement (only required to go to the office 2x a week)

Requirements:
Graduate of IT-related courses
Open to JLPT N2 Passer
Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
Has Project Management experience on project
Proficient in English and Business Level Japanese Language
Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Japanese-based Subject Matter Experts to guarantee the efficient implementation and upkeep of the Document Control process.
Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Maintaining standards and adhering to rules requires consistent oversight of process analysis.
Knowledgeable in ISO and standards
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office systems, including Microsoft Excel
Directly collaborates with operational organizations to deliver consistent
Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
