Requirements:
Graduate of IT-related courses
Must have JLPT N2-N3 Certification
Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
Has Project Management experience on Critical project
Has experience working with Japanese counterpart/customer
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Establish project budgets and allocate resources.
Knowledgeable with Scrum Agile and Waterfall Methodology
Identify and engage project stakeholders.
Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
