Company Profile:
We are a Japanese-affiliated clinic newly opened in the Philippines (Cebu). In addition to the Philippines, we have other Asian operations in Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Tokyo. We mainly provide medical services to Japanese residents living in the area, and we are now recruiting opening staff for the clinic in the Philippines (Cebu). We are looking for people with no experience in the medical industry, people who are interested in the service industry, people who are cheerful and energetic, and people who would like to work using English.
Position: Japanese-Speaking Clinic Receptionist (Clinic Company)
Industry: Japanese-affiliated clinic
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 40,000 -100,000 (negotiable)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (8 hours work within the working hours)
Day Off/Holiday: 8 days per month + days off for national holidays (shift work may require working on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)

Requirements:
• With or Without experience preferably 3 years or more
• Ability to speak English in daily conversation.
• JLPT N1 or N2 for non-Japanese nationals.
• Basic operation of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Responsibility:
• Assist Mainly Japanese patients
• Clinic receptionist
• Interpretation for medical examinations (training provided)
• Other duties required for patient support and clinic operation.
• We will provide training when you join the company, so those with no experience in the medical industry are also acceptable.
