Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
Presenting products to the client’s and ensuring to increase the sales revenue.
Build sustainable relationship to clients
Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
