Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 Monthly
Location: Parañaque City
Schedule: Monday - Friday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino National
Can speak, read and write Korean language fluently
Bachelor degree of any course
With experience in Customer Service is a plus
Experience in CRM is an advantage but not required
Open for fresh graduate
Can start to work as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer HR related inquiries from the customers
Answer inbound call via phone, fax, web-form or chat
Respond to the request of the customer in a timely manner
Conduct investigation to the request to provide resolution to the problem
Ensure that all the cases/ concerns receive are documented
