REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino-Chinese proficient in Fukien and English.
Bachelor’s Degree in any Finance and Accounting field.
CPA licensed is an advantage.
At least 2-7 years of related experience is a must.
Well-versed in computer tools and applications, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Develop and maintain an effective system of forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting of the company’s short-term and long-term requirements.
Record all financial transactions following accounting principles and ensure compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
Manage cash flow and ensure that cash is available to support the short-term and long-term requirements.
Close accounting books on time, and submit accurate financial reports for management decisions.
Develop and implement a system of controls that will safeguard assets, promote efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and prevent fraud, and compliance policy.
Record cost information, analyze variances, and prepare inventory reconciliation.
Comply with tax and other regulatory requirements. (BIR, SEC, DOLE, BOI, POEA, etc)
