Korean National can speak English language
No experience are welcome to apply
Open to High School or undergraduate
With Customer Service experience is a plus
Must be willing to work or relocate to Bataan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming chats and phone calls
Provide assistance to customer inquiries to meet satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build a good relationship to the customers
