Company Profile: A 5-star hotels and resort located in Pampanga and Cebu is hiring Korean VIP Host. Premier 5star hotel and casino resorts offering luxury stay and world class gaming and entertainment experience to VIPs of all nationalities. These Hotels are located in the main city of Cebu and Pampanga.
Position: Korean Speaking VIP Host (Php 120,000-Php 150,000)
Company Business: 5 star Hotel and Casino Resort
Location: Pampanga or Cebu
Salary: P 120,000 to P 150,000
Schedule: 5 days work a week (with 2 days off)

Requirements:
Must be Korean National
Can speak basic English to conversational
No gender preferences (must be 38 years old below)
Degree holder or undergraduate
Experience in guest relation is not important but must be passionate in customer service
Willing to undergo training which is paid by the company
Willing to extend help and customer service to Korean National who are VIPS of hotels
Responsibilities:
Assist Korean VIP guest
Use Korean language to coordinate and answer inquiries of Korean Guest
Use Korean language to understand guest and provide best service
Handle guest concerns, hotel requests and offer complimentary offers to VIP
Welcome and invite the VIP guests and explain VIP programs
Provide great customer experience by addressing the VIP requests
Process:
There will only be 1 interview with Korean Managers and job offers will be given in 1 day
