Position: Mandarin Payroll Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000
Set-up: Hybrid set-up
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year of experience in the field of Payroll and Time Management or HR/Finance related Business Processes
Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Work experience in different HR or finance roles is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Process semi-monthly and/or monthly payrolls and time data according to country schedules, checklists, and general ledger postings.
Banking activities: including communication with bank re: receipt of direct deposit file, positive pay upload for checks, and daily banking activities for rejects, incorrect account numbers, or stop payments.
Calculate final pay and special and request funding with the GBS Treasury team
Work directly with HR Direct and Employee Central related to payroll issues
Managing the Services Payroll mailbox. Includes responding to employee inquiries and business/cross-functional partner inquiries
Year-end uploads and reconciliations processes
