Position: Mandarin Tax Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup: Hybrid Set up
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Requirements:
Highly proficient in Mandarin and English
Work experience in a tax consulting firm is preferred.
At least 1-3 years experience in Taxation is required.
Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Taxation or similar
High affinity for systems landscapes like MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP
Responsibilities:
Data gathering (i.e. for CIT, WHT, VAT, Tax Accounting,etc.) from different data sources for the preparation of different tax returns and other fiscal reports within the country responsibility.
Ensure completeness and correctness of all gathered data.
Reconciliation and validation of gathered data and initiate changes.
Coordinate all tax-related change activities and postings in line with the business service organization and ensure that all steps are finalized in time and quality.
Ensure high-quality preparation of tax returns and other fiscal reports within the statutory deadlines for subsidiaries in multiple countries.
Coordination and support of internal and external stakeholders regarding all tax-related requests.
Preparation and performance of internal and external training for tax topics within the country responsibility.
